There is a once-only main charge for delivery according to the largest item in your order, no matter how many items you choose to order with us.

Standard charges are shown above and apply to deliveries within most of the UK, except “Outlying Postcodes”.


Next Day Delivery

If you require your items as quickly as possible we also offer a next day delivery service which guarantees next working day deliver. This is provided that all product is in stock and available and you place your order before 12 o’clock.


Premium, Assembled Product

Our premium furniture ranges come part or pre assembled and delivered by our manned delivery service. We deliver via our own fleet in the South / South East and via carefully selected manned couriers elsewhere in the UK. Premium furniture ranges will be delivered to the room of your choice with any final pieces assembled and a thorough check of all items undertaken by our experienced team. (Please note that the assembly service may not be available in some outlying postcodes).

Our premium assembled service applies to the following ranges

  • Belvoir
  • Charterhouse
  • Porterhouse
  • Winslow High Sleeper


Please be aware that areas not covered by our own fleet will take a little longer to deliver to, usually around 3 weeks from the date the goods are despatched from our warehouse.

For obvious reasons, next day delivery is not available on this service.

Expert Assembly Service

Please note that if you book assembly, your order will come via our manned delivery service. They will deliver on a pre-agreed day, carry the boxes to the room, assemble the furniture and take all the packaging away. Next day delivery is not available when you order the assembly service.

Carrier Delivery

Please note that third party carriers delivering on our behalf are contractually obliged only to deliver to the threshold of the building. We simply cannot get them to agree to take goods into houses, let alone upstairs. If you think that might be a problem, we encourage you to consider our assembly service.

Outlying Postcodes

We’re afraid that standard delivery charges do not apply to the following Postal Areas: HS, KW, IV, AB, PH, PA, FK, DD, KY, KA and BT plus Republic of Ireland and all other offshore destinations. We will gladly provide a quotation for delivery before confirming your order. Deliveries to these areas will usually be made by a third party carrier around 3 to 5 days after dispatch from our warehouse. Please note that these carrier services are usually driver-only so he/she may need a little help with larger items.

Delivery cancellations

We understand that life can throw up surprises that force a change of plan but if you have to change a delivery PLEASE give us as much notice as you can. We reserve the right to make a charge of £50 if you cancel/change an agreed delivery slot with less than 2 working days notice.

Please let us know about any access problems before arranging delivery. If we have to abort a delivery due to access problems we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £50.

Overseas Customers

We regard it as a welcome challenge to arrange overseas deliveries wherever humanly possible. Outside our standard delivery areas we will usually need to get a specific quotation from a relevant shipping company. Call us or email us and we will provide a delivery quotation without delay. Meanwhile, we will save your basket for you of course. Some of our larger items are too bulky to be entrusted safely to a standard carrier and will need specialist freight handling. Please ask us about this at time of ordering. We can of course deliver all items to a UK freight forwarding address for you to arrange onward shipment.

VAT Refunds

If your delivery address is outside the UK we will remove VAT from the prices that we charge you. If we ship direct the prices will be amended immediately. If we deliver within the UK and you then arrange export we can organise a VAT refund once we receive the export certification.
