If there is a fault that cannot be corrected by supplying a replacement part then we will arrange to have the goods collected and replaced in full as soon as possible.
If it's our fault the collection is of course free. Otherwise there is a nominal £25 charge for collection.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your contract (order) in writing, within seven workings days from the day following delivery of your goods. Please see our Returns and Refunds page for more details.
Please note that we cannot accept “changed-my-mind” returns of unwrapped mattresses for hygiene reasons or, for the obvious reasons, of personalised items.

Please note that we change our ranges and our colour finishes fairly regularly so coordinating items may not always be available at a later date. Aspace Ltd cannot accept liability for any failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the catalogue or provided with the products. Your statutory rights are, if anything, considerably improved on by everything on this page.
The material used in this catalogue has been sourced from well managed and renewable forest resources.
We are increasingly experimenting with sending catalogues without “poly-wrapping” but where we do use it we thought you would like to know that the poly-wrap that protects our catalogues is 100% bio-degradable.
