  Service was very impressive. We had a few issues with the bed frame being a little dented so a replacement headboard was immediately ordered and replaced within a few weeks. Very organised with regards to delivery slots which makes life a lot easier.   Truly excellent service - wonderful staff at the end of the phone, always helpful and knowledgeable. As it a personal service, rather than 'call centre', it means the staff 'own' their responsibilities, and they take them very properly and seriously. A joy! Excent service when purchasing, very helpful and not pushy (Fulham road). Kept up to date with phone calls regarding delivery. Delivered on time and assembled with a smile! Would highly recommend! Excellent in store service. Delivery took a long time. But guys who assembled were great. Great service from start to finish, having the beds made took away all the hassle. Sweetheart Bed
