Very friendly and helpful service on the phone. The first part of my order arrived within a few days. The remainder though which was due in within 1-2 weeks was so delayed that I cancelled it as I needed the products for specific events. I thought that was a shame as it clouded what had otherwise been a very positive experience Thank you for your feedback.

I'm very sorry that the delay was so long.
We do try to hold everything in stock but unfortunately, we do sell out from time to time.
I do appreciate that the length of time this particular product was going to be was very frustrating (for us too) and I'm really sorry for the disappointment caused.

This is the second order I have placed with them and have been impressed. We ordered bedroom furniture and both beds arrived without a set of screws. When we phoned up to query this, they were posted and arrived the following day.

I previously purchased a bed, trunkle and a set of drawers from aspace and the product and delivery was fantastic. During the christmas holidays I decided to add to my daughters bedroom furniture and purchased a bedside chest. Aspace have since sent me 3 damaged bedside chests (sent business post) It is now 11th March and I am still waiting for someone to collect and actually deliver a undamaged product. I have no idea when this is going to be delivered! I am now regretting purchasing the rest of my furniture from this company.

I think that whilst most items are comparable to other retailers, some accessories in particular are priced rather high.

So far we haven't received our order. We were told that we would be contacted on week beginning the 1st of March to arrange delivery. After no success I contacted ASPACE on March 5th to be told that we would now be contacted week beginning 8th March. Today is Thursday the 11th of March at 4.15pm and we are still awaiting contact to arrange delivery.

The notes on our system say that it was arranged with you for Monday 15th March.

I was irritated that the products that I ordered did not arrive before Christmas: I received a call to book delivery and was told that it was not available until after Christmas. At the same time I received an email telling me that there was still time to order for delivery before Christmas. the two communications were not consistent and this was an irritant.

Also I had difiiculties ordering through the website on more than one occasion.

When the delivery arrived, one of the products was wrong.

Having said that the delivery staff were efficient and courteous and apologised for all that had gone before.
