| 04-Mar-2010 | This feedback does not relate to the magnetic memo strip I recently received, but to the children's beds I received around a month ago. I would like to say that the two gentlemen who delivered the beds provided without doubt the best service I have EVER received from any delivery company. They were extremely courteous, conscientious and carried out their duties with the utmost care and diligence, far beyond what I expected. Sadly the wardrobe they were also delivering was damaged when they opened up the packaging in the hall, but they still went to great lengths to measure up the complex route through the house and make sure that the replacement wardrobe could be guided into place through our old and crooked house. They then ensured that they would be delivering the wardrobe on the next occasion, as they already knew the layout of the house. They really are excellent ambassadors to your company, particularly as they are carrying out the client-facing role. GIVE THEM A PAY RISE!!! | ||

I am really sorry that the order took so long to arrive to you. We do try to hold stock of everything (and mostly we succeed) but from time to time items do become unavailable. However, you should have been kept updated throughout and you certainly shouldn't have to chase us for information. I am very sorry that we failed you and for the disappointment caused.
