DELIVERY
For orders that contain Extra Small", "Small", "Medium" or "Large" items, there is a one-off charge depending on the largest item(s) in your order. For "Extra Large" items, there is an initial charge depending on whether it is simply "XL" or "2M", and then an additional charge of £7.50 for every extra"XL" or "2 Man" item on the order.
Day of delivery
For all medium items and larger we like to offer you a delivery to suit you but we might need to ask you to be flexible for some Two Man deliveries and Outlying postcodes.
Next day delivery
Is available on most "Extra Small" and "Small" items, items which are available on day delivery are identified by a small truck on the product description page. Orders must be placed before 11am to guarentee next delivery. Guaranteed next day delivery is only available if the basket contains only "Extra Small" and "Small" items.

Please note: All goods delivered on any service other than 2M (which is handled by ASPACE drivers) can only be delivered up to the threshold of your premises. This is for insurance purposes, as the drivers would not be covered if they were to damage anything.
Our standard delivery charges apply to all addresses within the UK excluding the Scottish Highlands and any islands, including Northern Ireland – sorry! These are charged per kilogram and are quoted at the time of entering your delivery address on the site.
Delivery cancellations – two man and outlying postcodes
If you have to cancel a delivery slot PLEASE give us as much notice as you can. We understand that life can throw up surprises so we will always try to accommodate a change of plan, but last minute changes can cause a real headache so we reserve the right to make a charge of £50 if you cancel/change an already agreed delivery slot with less than 48 hours notice.
Overseas Customers
Please contact customer services for delivery options. Please note that some of our items are too large/heavy for us to despatch directly overseas, we can however deliver to a UK freight forwarding company for you to arrange onward shipment.
ASSEMBLY
An increasing number of our furniture ranges are delivered built and ready to go. These items are carried to the room of your choice and all packaging is taken away.
Large items such as chest of drawers and wardrobes in some ranges require self assembly. We have taken great care to design the products so that assembly is minimal and straightforward and the result extremely sturdy. A set of instructions for each product will arrive with the delivery paperwork. You will find this all together in a plastic wallet on the outside of one of the boxes. Please find the instructions and take time to study them before starting.
If you're having any trouble please give us a call on 0845 872 2400 and we'll talk you through it. We try to make assembly as simple and intuitive as possible (we find that a cup of tea or glass of wine and a spot of patience generally does the trick).
One other important point: we can't accept a return of partly or fully assembled furniture if you simply change your mind. If you are in any doubt please don't start assembling before you speak to us.
RETURNS
If you are not totally delighted with our products you can return them. Please understand however, that whether the return is due to quality problem or a change of heart it is your responsibility to ensure that goods are properly protected on the way back to us.
We strongly recommend that you do not dispose of any packaging until you are sure that all is well and that you do not assemble large items if you are unsure of keeping them.
Returns that are not quality-related will not be accepted unless all original packaging is complete and intact. Please note that delivery charges are refundable on non quality-related returns. Non quality-related returns are also subject to a £10 collection charge.
If you are returning something by Royal Mail we strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of posting. We will credit you with the cost of the goods once they arrive safely with us or you have provided proof of posting in instances where products get mislaid in the post,
Where you have simply changed your mind or do not like a product there is a nominal £10 collection charge. In these cases, we are sorry but we cannot reimburse the original delivery charge.Please also note that we can't accept “changed-my-mind” returns of furniture that has been partly or full assembled or of mattresses, bean bags, etc. that have been unwrapped.
EXCLUSIVE
All of our children’s beds and matching bedroom furniture are totally EXCLUSIVE to ASPACE and are all beautifully made from the finest timber obtained from sustainable sources.
We try to make our photography as accurate as possible but because our furniture is hand finished small variations may occur in both colour and natural wood finishes. The natural features of our materials are supposed to show through finishes especially colour washes such as whitewash.
We aer happy to send samples of paint finishes if you would like to check before ordering.
