If our products do not meet your expectations we really want to know about it.

If the fault cannot be corrected by supplying a replacement part or even if you have just changed your mind then we will arrange to have them collected as soon as possible.

If it's our fault the collection is free. Otherwise there is a nominal £10 charge for collection. Please note that we must hear from you within 7 days of your furniture arriving if you would like to return something.

Please also note that we cannot accept 'changed-my-mind' returns of furniture that have been partly or fully assembled or mattresses, bean bags, etc. that have been unwrapped.
