I can only say what my experience was, but I contacted you on several occasions on-line and in store and all your staff have been very professional, curtious and extremely helpful. I will be ordering more bedroom furniture, but I am moving house,so I am waiting, but if Beulah had a set of drawers in white which had as much grace as the Belvoir set then my third daughter would be very happy. Also a nice white ward with a arch top, like your country white one in pure white and of course drawers would be amazing. I have the belvoir and depending on the light in each bedroom, it can look serene or on the adverse side a little too dark, almost green, like old furniture, but you asked! Sorry, I am an interior designer so possibly too picky, but I think if you did more serene pure white you would find Mum's love it. It tooke me ages to find pure white and quality. After a hundred hours searching I found some, but would you have it very rude customer services! Possibly your main competitor. Anyway. I think you are A beautiful company. Well done! | ||

| 08-Feb-2010 | The unit is quite tall which makes it difficult for younger children to use. Also, the drawers are very difficult to open - it would be better if they were on mechanical runners, or somehow if the opening and closing mechanism were improved so that young children can use them. | ||

The furniture looks beautiful but unfortunately the quality was not as good as I expected considering the high price. Basic lack of attention to detail by the manufacturer. | ||
| 01-Feb-2010 | looks lovely, but will have to order a new knob as the screws teeth don't hold. Actually, we had an issue with my daughter's bed a few months ago which involved us having to dismantle the entire thing which I had already put together, order new parts and re assemble. I was 8 months pregnant and it was a huge inconvenience. Dealt with swiftly but in a case like that where fault lies entirely with ASPACE I think someone should have put it together for us the second time. | ||
