| 07-May-2009 | We visited the Aspace shop in London to get an
impression of the quality of the furniture before we brought
anything. It was very helpful to be able to do this, and the
people in the shop were polite, helpful and knowledgeable.
However, when we contacted the shop by phone to query availability or suitability of some items we found that the communication was sometimes a little confused and certainly took longer than expected. We switched over to use the main Aspace telephone sales line and found that our questions were generally answered much more accurately and quickly. A mention about the delivery service: we have had two deliveries from Aspace's own van requiring two men to lift large items of furniture up into a loft room. In both cases they were prompt, polite, helpful and took pains to ensure that everything was in the right place. |

| 25-Jan-2010 | We were very pleased with the service and quality of Aspace. We ordered a bed and a chest of drawers but when the bed came it had a split down one side. I was very impressed that Aspace called US about it , we didnt have to call them. And this was sorted very efficently and quickly and was replaced within the week. The girl on the phone was very helpful and very professional in her service. My daughter is now enjoying her new furniture and I would not hesitate to use Aspace again, my Husband and I were very impressed. | ||

| 18-Jan-2010 | Beautifully finished chest of drawers and we loved the fact it was delivered to the room and the packaging was taken away, saving us a trip to the recycling centre. Lovely piece for our daughter's bedroom, ALso good communication from staff regarding delivery which understandably had to change when the tyre fell off the lorry | ||

| 24-Jan-2010 | Fantastic service. Though initially a little unimpressed as I appeared to not get assembly offered with my purchases, this view was reversed by Mike and John who delivered my goods. Polite, efficient, happy and tidied all the packaging away. I could not have asked for more. | ||

unhappy with our customer service. I have to say I am
surprised - we pride ourselves on giving great customer
service so it's extremely disappointing to hear we have
failed so badly. I can't see any problems or complaints
logged on your account so I will arrange for one my
assistant managers to call you. We'd like to do
