| 26-May-2009 | I ordered bedroom furniture for my nephew last
year and was delighted with the service and standard of
furniture. I decided to order bedroom furniture for my niece earlier this year and have had nothing but grief on attempting to get the items delivered and had to remind ASPACE that my contract was with them and NOT the delivery firm!! I was also advised that I wouldn't be charged for any item until it was ready for despatch - well that didn't happen and they got the money well in advance of receipt of the goods. Despite this, when the furniture did eventually arrive it is gorgeous! |

Actually delivery service bad -I repeatedly asked, and emailed for all the products to be delivered together and yet they still came in 2 deliveries, which meant 2 days off work, numerous phone and annoyance and hassle on myself and my family. | ||

than I was told in the beginning two items delivered were not perfect. the delivery times of the items was constantly delayed but one items was substituted for a proper one without any discussion, only it took some time, but was good service. |
