Standard charges are shown above and apply to deliveries within most of the UK, except “Outlying Postcodes”.

Click and Collect - FREE

This service is currently available for S products only. If your order also includes larger items, but you would like to collect the smaller items from your local store, please place two separate orders – one for collection and one for delivery, as we are currently unable to process orders with a combination of collection and delivery. The name of your chosen store will appear on your order confirmation. Maps and opening times are available at
The relevant store will contact you when your order is ready for pick up.

Next Day Delivery

If you require your items as quickly as possible we also offer a next day delivery service which guarantees next working day delivery, provided all items ordered are in stock and the order is placed before 12 p.m. Please note, orders placed over a weekend will arrive on the Tuesday.
Delivery will be via our trusted third party carriers who will text you on the morning of the next working day to provide a 2-3 hour time slot for delivery of your order.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service for 2-man delivery and assembled furniture items. 

Carrier Delivery

Please note that third party carriers delivering on our behalf are contractually obliged only to deliver to the threshold of the building. We simply cannot get them to agree to take goods into houses, let alone upstairs. If you think that might be a problem, we encourage you to consider our assembly service.
When your order is ready to be despatched we will send you an e mail informing you of the delivery day and on the morning of delivery you will get a text advising a 2-3 hour time slot.
If you are not available on the delivery date we e mail you then we will happily re-arrange to a day that suits you. 

Premium, 2 Man & Assembled Product & Expert Assembly Service

Our premium furniture ranges come part or pre-assembled and are delivered by our manned delivery service. Orders placed with our expert assembly will also be delivered by our manned delivery service. We cannot provide the free assembly on premium ranges in outlying postcodes.

Buy any piece of premium furniture with a matching single bed and we will assemble the bed free of charge.

We deliver via our own fleet in the South / South East and via carefully selected couriers elsewhere in the UK. The items will be delivered to the room of your choice with any final pieces assembled and a thorough check of all items undertaken by our experienced team. (Please note that the assembly service may not be available in some outlying postcodes). We also have some items which require 2 man delivery due to the size and weight of the boxes, although these are excluded from assembly.

Our premium assembled service applies to the following ranges

  • Porterhouse
  • Winslow High Sleeper

Please be aware that this delivery service does take a little longer to arrive, normally around 1-2 weeks from the date your order is available and in areas not covered by our own fleet, delivery usually take around 2-3 weeks from the date the goods are despatched from our warehouse.

For obvious reasons, next day delivery is not available on this service.

Outlying Postcodes

We’re afraid that standard delivery charges do not apply to the following Postal Areas: HS, KW, IV, AB, PH, PA, FK, DD, KY, KA and BT plus Republic of Ireland and all other offshore destinations. We will gladly provide a quotation for delivery before confirming your order. Deliveries to these areas will usually be made by a third party carrier around 3 to 5 days after dispatch from our warehouse. Please note that these carrier services are usually driver-only so he/she may need a little help with larger items.

Delivery Cancellations

We understand that life can throw up surprises that force a change of plan but if you have to change a delivery PLEASE give us as much notice as you can. We reserve the right to make a charge of £25 if you cancel/change an agreed delivery slot with less than 2 working days’ notice.

Please let us know about any access problems before arranging delivery. If we have to abort a delivery due to access problems we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £25.

Overseas Customers

We regard it as a welcome challenge to arrange overseas deliveries wherever humanly possible. Outside our standard delivery areas we will usually need to get a specific quotation from a relevant shipping company. Call us or email us and we will provide a delivery quotation without delay. Meanwhile, we will save your basket for you of course. Some of our larger items are too bulky to be entrusted safely to a standard carrier and will need specialist freight handling. Please ask us about this at time of ordering. We can of course deliver all items to a UK freight forwarding address for you to arrange onward shipment.

VAT Refunds

If your delivery address is outside the UK we will remove VAT from the prices that we charge you. If we ship direct the prices will be amended immediately. If we deliver within the UK and you then arrange export we can organise a VAT refund once we receive the export certification.
