Delivery

STANDARD DELIVERY - WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS - MONDAY TO SATURDAY £3.95

Standard delivery is £3.95, orders are delivered within 14 working days. Please note deliveries may arrive between 7am and 7pm Monday to Saturday.

Two person delivery is £15 if your order contains a Bed or assembled Bedroom Furniture; see product page for details and delivery timescales. For more information on Bed & Large Furniture delivery please see Bed & Large Furniture Delivery Information below.

Your order may arrive separately depending on the product and availability, however this single charge applies even if your order requires several separate deliveries.

We reserve the right to amend our delivery charge at any time.

BED & LARGE ITEMS DELIVERY £15

After placing your order...

As your order is being processed you will receive regular notifications and updated. We will aim to provide a two-hour time slot for delivery and you will have full driver tracking ensuring transparency every step of the way. Upon delivery, our team will assist you by taking the item/s to a room of your choice.

Before taking delivery...

Please be sure to measure entrances and doorways so that you can be confident the goods can be carried through them; delivery is to the room of your choice but this is subject to accessibility. We would also ask that entrances are cleared and fragile items are removed from the hallway/stairs to prevent any accidental damage during the transit of large pieces of furniture through your home.

Large Furniture Delivery

Our delivery time scale on assembled furniture delivery is up to 14 working days depending on the date of delivery you select when offered. XDP our large furniture delivery partner will contact you by email or SMS once they have your order and they will provide a 2-hour time slot. The will provide real-time tracking so you can have transparency on when your delivery will arrive. Our team will deliver your item/s to a room of your choice.

RETURNS

We hope you’re delighted with everything you buy from us, but we do understand that you may need to return things sometimes.

So if you're not happy with something you receive from us for any reason, you will need to arrange collection & return at your own cost. We recommend using Parcel Monkey or Parcel to Go to compare costs for multiple courier companies and to book your collection. Just make sure you return your order unused within 30 days of the despatch date.

Please note the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

Self-assembly items which have been assembled or part-assembled are excluded unless they are damaged or faulty
