We have taken measures to protect both our staff and customers. As such, all our deliveries are delivered to the front door. All in-stock items are available and ready for delivery within a few days. If you have ordered our assembly service, our team are operating safely provided with masks, gloves and hand sanitiser. We now ask that our customers wait in a separate room whilst their furniture is being assembled.
If you live in a covid alert level area which is high or very high, our delivery and assembly team will follow national guidance and are working safely to protect you and your family, as well as themselves.

After placing your order we’ll give you a call to arrange a convenient delivery time with you. Plus, we know you’ve got much better things to be doing than waiting around for us all day, so we’ll always give you a short time slot so you can carry on about your day, business as usual!
Dependent on the items you’re ordering and your delivery address, we may be able to offer our expert assembly and packaging removal service, which comes at a small additional cost. Simply look out for the assembly options field while making your selections, before adding a product to your basket.
The cost of assembly is dependent on the product, and the cost is revealed when the drop-down box for assembly options is clicked on.
If your furniture item is assembled (like the Charterhouse Chest of Drawers or the Belvoir Wardrobe), we will deliver to you with our specialist two person team. They will take the furniture to the room of choice and remove all the packaging for you.

For delivery Monday to Friday – Orders must be placed before 12 noon by calling our customer service team. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
