Customer Service…what does it mean to you?

To us, it means our commitment to making you happy.

We know that the service can’t just match your expectations; we need to exceed them or you might not come again. That’s why we’re always refreshing our knowledge about products through meetings with the buyers and taking on board your comments from the website and what you tell us in your emails and phone calls.

 We know that that if the service lets you down in any way, you’re going to tell all your friends about it and you almost certainly won’t come again. Some things go wrong – it’s a fact of life. But when there is an issue, we’re always straight on the ball and we’ll find out what’s happened, how we can fix it for you and how we can prevent it happening to you or anyone else in the future.

We have dedicated staff for large orders, dedicated staff for planning your deliveries and dedicated staff for organising your returns, but most of all we are dedicated to you as customers. ASPACE brings its expertise to every corner of this company. Some of us have worked here just a few months, some of us have been here for years now, and we’re always learning more and finding new ways to put a smile on your face.

I was so impressed by both workers (Emma in Bristol and Laura in Tunbridge Wells). They really know the meaning of Customer Service and their actions will definitely result in a sale of several items, once we're a bit further down the line with our project. They could both teach many other retailers a thing or two and the whole experience was very refreshing.
