Meet Our Customer Service Team
This month we sat down and had a cup of tea with Laura, she's part of of our ace customer service team who help keep all of the Aspace cogs turning day in, day out. We wanted to find out a little more about her role at Aspace, and what it really takes to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

What does a typical day at Aspace involve for you Laura?
A typical day can be very varied. I might be answering any questions customers have via email and phone, or arranging deliveries and ordering stock.
What’s your favourite part of your job?
Definitely talking to our customers. We have a very varied customer base but the one thing they all seem to have in common is that they are a lovely bunch, very friendly and easy to talk to.
How do you make sure every customer experiences great service?
I always put customers at the forefront of our service, that means keeping them informed on all aspects of their orders, big or small. I call customers to arrange a delivery date that works for them. Offer advice on suitable mattresses for different beds and matching furniture. Finally I make follow up calls to check everything went well with delivery and that our customers and most importantly their children are happy with their new Aspace furniture.
What is your favourite Aspace product and why?
I really like everything in that we make in Dark Grey from the Charterhouse sleepover bed to the Milne bookcase. It is such an easy colour to co-ordinate yet it can change a room completely with just a few accent colours and accessories

Inside or Outside? Outside in the summer, but inside during the winter.
Top Bunk or Bottom Bunk: Bottom bunk - it's the cosiest bunk!
