Spilling the Beanies
Today is a momentous day because we get to launch our new look and website! It is the culmination of a lot of hard work and deep thinking into how we can best meet the needs of today’s family. We’ve had a lot of fun designing our colourful characters known as the Beanies. They are the embodiment of our commitment to family – both ours and yours.
It’s also a day for celebration because we have come so far in a short space of time. Early last year, when it seemed that the Aspace story had reached its closing chapter, the company received a lifeline when it was bought by Caspar and Severine. With a can-do attitude and a mantra of “keep it simple and have fun” they have been working hard with key members of the original team to rejuvenate the brand’s magic and turn over a new page in the Aspace story.
Since reopening, we have brought back our most popular products and have invested in the people, suppliers and resources we need to better serve our customers. We have been especially hard at work developing this new website with improved user experience – we hope you will agree that it’s the Beanie’s knees.
Most of all, we have been building our relationship with you, our customers – without you we are nothing. We are listening to what you are telling us and are striving to get it right every time. Led by our MD Severine Thirion, our team – many of whom are longstanding members of the Aspace family – are committed to delivering responsive, personable and efficient service. So far, we have been greatly heartened by the fantastic feedback we’ve been receiving. We are consistently receiving 4.5 out of 5 stars on Feefo and the response to our comeback has been overwhelmingly positive. We will continue working to surpass your expectations. We have lots of exciting things in the pipeline, all centred around our vision to be at the forefront of brilliant furniture designed for today’s family. This website and our new look are just first of many innovations – both on the product front and elsewhere. We want to know what makes you tick so keep the comments rolling in.
