MATTRESSES

Our mattresses are covered by a 5 year guarantee which covers faults arising from poor workmanship or other manufacturing defect and / or the use of faulty materials. This normally means stitching and / or handles failure, tufts coming out of the mattress, spring unit failure in normal use etc.

  • It does not cover normal wear & tear, neglect, misuse or failure to follow the care instructions supplied with each mattress.
  • This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, statutory rights.
  • This guarantee does not apply to trundle and standard mattresses.
  • Our trundle and standard mattresses are of course just as properly specified and carefully made but not really intended for constant / very long term use and are therefore not covered by the guarantee.
  • The majority of our mattresses are of a very high specification and we, and our manufacturer, are confident of quality and performance for a long period of time.

FURNITURE

All of our furniture is covered by our 2 year guarantee. This is from the date you receive the goods and covers faults arising from poor workmanship or other manufacturing defect and / or the use of faulty materials.

  • It does not cover normal wear & tear, neglect, misuse or failure to follow the care instructions supplied with each product.
  • This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, statutory rights.

EXCLUSIONS

Guarantees exclude goods purchased from our clearance sections or ex display items.
Guarantees do not cover fair wear and tear, neglect, abuse or misuse of your goods.
Guarantees only apply to goods delivered to mainland UK. If the goods are removed from mainland UK and you wish to claim under the terms of the guarantee, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

CLAIMS

In the event of a claim under guarantee please email enquiries@aspace.co.uk

Please provide a full description of the issue along with anything to support the claim (for example photographs). Please include your order number, full address and contact details.

We will investigate and come back to you to advise whether or not the claim is valid. In the event of an accepted claim we will replace the defective part/product. If a replacement is not possible, for example if the product is no longer available, you will be offered a replacement item to the same value. Only if a suitable replacement is not available will you be offered a refund. At our discretion, we may deduct a percentage of the cost paid to allow for the time the goods have been in use.

** We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage arising out of defective, damaged or wrongly delivered goods, over and above the value of the actual goods themselves supplied by us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
