We hope you’re delighted with everything you order but in the event you need to send something back, we want to make it as easy as possible.
There are some rules to follow (aren’t there always!?) so please do read this section carefully.
Change of Mind:
We hope you love your new goods but if not, please don’t worry; we all change our minds from time to time.
If you’re not sure about keeping something, please do not assemble it. We cannot accept returns of fully or partially assembled products. We also cannot accept returns of mattresses where the packaging has been removed.
You may cancel at any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you receive the products.
You must inform us in writing or by email or by telephone, please do not just send the goods back without first making contact.
In addition, the products must be in the same condition in which you received them which means that they must be in perfect resalable condition and undamaged in any way.
Please ensure that all returns are made in the original, undamaged packaging.
Faulty / Damaged Goods:
We’d be very surprised and disappointed if this were the case but in the event an item is faulty / damaged we have a whole host of solutions! We will happily supply replacement parts or you can return the goods for an alternative product (any excess in price will need to be paid) or a refund.
There is of course no charge for the collection of the faulty item.
How to Return:
Please call us on 08000 219 015 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then give you a returns number and arrange the collection via 3rd party courier on a date convenient to you.
We reserve the right to delay refunding payment for returned goods until they are safely back with us and have been checked into our warehouse.
Once received and inspected, you will be refunded within 14 days.
If the entire order has been returned, the refund will include your delivery charge (except for any additional costs arising from having chosen a service other than the standard and least expensive method of delivery).
