90 Day returns

We hope you love your new goods but if not, please don’t worry; we all change our minds from time to time. You may cancel at any time within 90 days, beginning on the day after you receive the products. Before sending back to us you must inform us in writing, by email, or by telephone – please do not just send the goods back without first making contact. In addition, the products must be in the same condition in which you received them which means that they must be in perfect resalable condition and undamaged in any way. Finally, please ensure that all returns are made in the original, undamaged packaging.

Can I return an already assembled product?

If you’re not sure about keeping something, please DO NOT assemble it. We cannot accept returns of fully or partially assembled products. We also cannot accept returns of mattresses where the packaging has been removed.

I have received faulty/damaged goods, what should I do?

We’d be very surprised and disappointed if this were the case but in the event an item is faulty / damaged we have a whole host of solutions! We will happily supply replacement parts or you can return the goods for an alternative product (any excess in price will need to be paid) or a refund.

There is of course no charge for the collection of the faulty item.

How do the returns work again?

Please call us on 0800 021 9015 or email us at [email protected]. We will then give you a returns number and arrange the collection via a 3rd party courier on a date convenient to you.

What if I don’t like my purchase?

Well, we’d be surprised but if you’re not happy when you receive your order, you can send it back. Just let us know within 90 days of receipt and we’ll collect it, no questions asked. 

We do need the products returned in the same condition in which you received them so please make sure you don’t remove mattress packaging or assemble any goods you’ll want to send back. 

In the event of a return initiated without fault to the product, for example you’ve simply changed your mind or the product doesn’t fit, the item/s will be fully refunded minus the delivery charge. Also for anything returned after 90 days, costs will apply.
